At Wight Out Entertainment, we do not offer refunds on purchased items. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are only offered for:

- Items received in the wrong size

- Items that are defective

• If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

�� Wrong Size:

To qualify for an exchange due to sizing:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• It must be returned in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Please confirm all order details prior to purchase.

If you meet the above conditions:

2. We will respond with the return shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified via email, along with an estimated delivery date for your exchange.

�� Return Shipping:

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
